We want you to love our jewelry. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you do. If we are unsuccessful returns and exchanges are accepted.

(Please note custom orders are not returnable.)

Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different color. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item. via phone (480) 585-3080, email, or facebook messenger through our website to tell us of your intent.

Returns (Does not apply to custom orders)


To be eligible for a return, You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item via phone (480) 585-3080, email, or facebook messenger through our website to tell us of your intent. 

Our policy lasts 30 days to return the item. Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your item and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer assumes responsibility for insured return shipping costs with tracking information.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
